In order to do that you must run an "emulation" program on the PC / OS that'd render the games as running a PSP. Its been 10 years and yet they dont have a proper emulator for the PS2, The task of emulation is not as easy as it sounds, its like running a virtual machine with the required configuration, inside and within your physical limited PC*; And you'd require a PC say 3 times faster then the requirements of the virtual process itself. But PSP is not much of a big deal and I believe it can be emulated using a mid-core PC these days..

But I'm afraid the proper PSP emulator software either doesn't exist or yet isn't 100% ...

But many of the PSP games are available for PC, sometimes there's a delay in release say about a few months but a lot of PSP games do come to PC..

Thats the problem, I haven't see an actual Emulator past the PS1, There's no 100% working emulator past that. The PS2 Emulation Project was a failure, Problem is theres no one dedicated in these projects. If a dedicated company tried, this could been accomplished within a few years. But then again its all business, If there was a commercial Emulation program made by sony then why would any one buy the PSP.

Your Best bet would be to Save up for the actual system new or second hand (Im not sure of the cost) or get an PlayStation 3(if you already dont have one)

If you take my advice, I say "stay away" from the portable gaming devices such as PSP and Nintendo DS and all that, trust me.

i can probably give links to a half of dozen of psp emulators but all will not work on all games.
